  • I am trying to reset my password but receive the message, password complexity not met when I have tried so many combinations for a new password. Is my account locked?

Follow the information in this thread https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Pay-monthly/Password-complexity-rules-have-not-been-met/m-p/2743401#... and speak to the Social Team, they will be able to get your account locked restriction removed.

If you don't use social media, live chat or Customer Services will be able to get the account unlocked.
