My closed mobile account still has an outstanding payment against it.
However the account is locked and I can't make a payment.
I have ported my number to a new provider some time ago.
There is now a flag on my credit rating.

By coming to the forum @AlecKenney you have found the best place to get this solved. Follow this link Contact Us and send the Social Team a message, they will be able to liaise with the credit file team and let you know how you can pay the money.
