So ive made my monthly payments,and vodafone have said theyve only received my air time and nit handset payment .ive spoken to my bank they've said the both payments have been taken from my account ..im going roubd in circles with the fobe company ,there trying to make me pay again or cut me off!! What happens next

Yes @Boolois1964 your device and airtime agreement are two separate direct debits, check your online account and Application you will be able to see the payments there and amount owing for the device credit agreement.
As the airtime is separate from the device plan, Vodafone would more likely disconnect the service if the airtime part of the agreement is unpaid.

As your bank is clarifying Vodafone UK have taken both payments then your will also have the attached transaction information details.
Ask for these from your Bank and then speak with customer services via 191, Live Chat and or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM to give them this supporting information.

If all else fails I'd suggest to pay the amount again, and then seek a refund while Vodafone investigate so your not cut off in the interim.
