Proof of purchase

I need a proof of purchase form to claim the current offer advertised on Vodafones website for the Samsung chromebook. 

Samsungs requirements are the document must have the:

Invoice number 

Device name

Company name or logo

Date of purchase

Every document I can access on my account from my recent upgrade does not meet the criteria and I had no confrontation emails from Vodafone. 

I have spoken to 4 different vodafone agents about this and none have been any help! 

The page on Vodafones website to get a proof of purchase does not work it just times out. 

I feel like am being scammed by vodaphone as they have made it impossible to provide Samsung with a proof of purchase. 

Has anyone else had this problem and if you did did you ever get a proof of purchase. 

It's verry little to ask for the proof of what I have paid for, especially when they advertise the promotion on there own website.

It might be beneficial to clear the cache and cookies of your browser to use the form and or use another device @Samn
