I recently switched to Vodafone from another provider. I have spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with Vodafone representatives trying to get my online Vodafone account set up online. Each time the representative re-sets my user name and password and when that does not work they tell me to try again in 24 hours. Any suggestions?

Did you originally set up a myvodafone with a temporary number Vodafone gave you while they ported your own number across ?
If so you may need to set up a new myvodafone account with a new email address and password.
If the above isn't relevant then I'd suggest to try the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Twitter DM or Facebook Messenger as they have account access.

Depending on when you ported over this may still be settling and Vodafone's systems not yet recognising your own number as now a Vodafone one. You may need to wait until your 1st bill is produced.
