As the title suggests, the page for tracking repairs isn't working. It asks you to input phone number and surname but doing so results in the error "Sorry, our site just had an internal error. Please click here to go back to the home page." Before anyone tells me to delete cookies and turn off "do not track" requests, I've tried it. On different browsers, on Windows, Android and iOS.
I am aware that there are similar topics on this but this issue doesn't seem to have been resolved. It's clearly an issue on Vodafone's side as the same thing appeared to be happening as far back as May 2018 (https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Pay-monthly/Vodaphone-Repair-Tracker-not-working/td-p/2597298).
If anyone from Vodafone is on this forum, please, PLEASE get this sorted.

Perhaps have a word with customer services if you haven't already @mattmarchant @ to see if they can give you some information on the status of your repair and or engage with the Social Media Team's viaContact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
