Daughter lost phone, want to request replacement sim, not rocket science, no chat facility, no Vodi response, rubbish,
Message says chat available 24/7.

The Live Chat should be available but sometimes a person needs to leave the chat window open to wait for an agent to become free to engage with.
Clearing cookies, cache and allowing pop ups can help and or try another browser or device.
If you can't ring from another Vodafone phone via 191 then there is 0333 3040191 that can be called @fejjie
The Vodafone Social Media Team's are available via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
On a side note the Vodafone agent will block the sim card to stop unauthorised usage and place a bar on the account to protect that too.
So when a new Vodafone Sim card arrives you may need to re contact Vodafone to have the account bar removed before it'll activate.

Still no chat function, automated or live @ 09:27 UK time. Tried from multiple browsers.
Guess it'll have to be the old way.

Hi @fejjie I'm sorry to hear your daughter has lost her phone, I hope you find it! As @BandOfBrothers has suggested, there are steps that we can put in place including barring the sim to ensure it's not used whilst lost, and blacklisting the device to ensure that no one can access the information stored on it. They'll be able to add these security measures to your daughter's number, and can arrange a new sim to be sent out to you.
