Hi,
I've accidentally used a STAC code instead of a PAC code when I moved to another provider. This has caused my contract to end and my simcard no longer works. As it was only three days ago , is there a way of getting my number back? Is there a way, for example, of reactivating my account (with the same number) so I can then use a PAC code, or any other way? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I would really like to keep the same number. Thank you

As it's only been 3 days @hansonleong you have a good chance of getting the number back. The contract will probably need to be reinstated to enable you to request a PAC.
