Roaming - what does this setting mean?

I have a business account with around 15 lines. Each line has the following setting under My Vodafone > Plans > Roaming Options. Does this mean we don't pay the £2/day roaming charge in Europe?

That's right @rgbobgr - it looks like your plans include a certain number of countries you can use your plan as normal in. 

If you click the 'See destinations' link, you can see a full list of the countries 🌞 You can also use our Roaming Charge Checker online too.

Thanks, it's a bit confusing because I've been charged roaming fees on several of my lines, but not others. Could someone investigate for me please and either refund the charges, or change the wording of this setting?

We'd need to take a look at all your lines and check which packages they're on - then see which countries they've been charged for @rgbobgr, to see where the inconsistency lies. 

Please either call your Business team on 191 from any of the Vodafone mobiles or 03333 040 191 from a landline, you'll just need to type in your number when prompted.
