Anyone else have multiple account issues?

I am a Vodafone customer in the UK. I have 3 Vodafone accounts registered to the same email. 1 dormant 1 broadband and 1 mobile. It's a massive [Removed]  ache there is no way to combine them. Each account has a username that I don't know. If I use my email as the usomegle ername I log into the dormant account.

It seems like the only practical thing to do is end all my services and start from scratch. Anyone else had this issue?

Also I could never get roaming to work abroad.

We'll need to double check your account, but we should be able to merge everything so it's under one username. Please drop my team a message on social media, and if you include a link to your post along with your community username, you won't need to explain things again. 

We'll also be able to check everything's set up for you to be able to use your phone whilst you're overseas ✈️
