Hello,
We have few business mobiles, and while in lockdown we had one of the mobile numbers redirected/transferred to another phone. We now are in the position to have that moved back, but cannot seem to do it and it says SIM not provisioned:2.
Can someone help explain what this means and how can we solve it?

This can mean your sim isn't communicating with the network.

This means the SIM has not been activated.
Once you manage to bypass ToBi, speak to the Business Team here: Contact Us Alternatively, speak to the Social Team through Twitter or Facebook and they will put you in contact with the correct Team here: Contact the Social Team
