Selling upgrade handset???

Hi Guys. I have seen this asked previously but not for at least 3 years so I thought I would check. Once I have upgraded am I within my rights to sell the new handset or is there a stipulation stopping me from doing so. New phone has been staring at me for a month now but I'm more than happy with my old handset and just don't have the inclination! Cheers

There is nothing stopping you from selling the phone @Syddo1976  .  Please remember the device is a credit agreement, if you sell and pay off the device plan the airtime will end at the same time and roll over on a month to month basis.

Many do opt to sell their upgrade phone's.
