Signed up to 5g monthly plan but have no 5G!

Hi, my contract ended so I upgraded to a new monthly SIM plan and kept my phone. I incorrectly thought the phone was 5G enabled so got a 5G deal, but the phone isn't 5G enabled. I wanted to change my plan as still in cooling off period to a cheaper one as don't need 5G. However, I am in a constant loop with the chatbot, then the online advisor - and cant get through on phone. I cant amend online either. So I'm stuck, how do I get to speak to someone who actually knows how to resolve? Could they resolve in a Vodafone store as I could go there, but don't want to waste my time getting into town if they wont be able to do anything. Any help appreciated, Thanks

If you state "Return" when prompted and stay on the phone you will be put through to someone. Alternatively you can say the same on webchat, you can use this link
