Hi so I recently got a new phone
The OnePlus 6t with a Vodafone pay monthly contract that my mum's paying for.
When I first got my phone the I had signal and could call, text and use 4g.
After a few days it's just stopped being able to find signal.
I've taken the sim out and put it back in and now my phone pops up with sim sot provisioned.
Im wondering what I can do to try and fix this issue.

Are you able to try your sim card in another phone?
Customer service on 191 or Live Chat can access your account and check that too.

Then the issue is at account level or the sim card could be faulty.
Please do speak to customer service to rule out an account issue first.
To add are the phones definitely unlocked to all networks to accept your Vodafone sim card.

Hi @Mrdannygee
SIM not provisioned means the SIM has not been activated.
If the contract is in your mother's name as the account holder you will need her help when contacting customer services.

If the SIM was working before, it sounds as though it has been activated, but could have developed a fault. The next step would be to try another one (someone else's) and see if that works, but I would expect it to if your SIM doesn't work in a different phone. If you can, drop into a Vodafone shop as they'll be able to test everything and give you a new SIM if that's what's required.
Note that you'll need identity for a SIM swap and that, if the account is in your mother's name, she'll need to be with you (if the account is in your name, but your mother is just paying, you should be OK, though).
