Created account and entered PAC but can't log in.
Told to wait 24 hours. Not worked.
Told to wait for sim. Got sim put in. Not worked. Sim not provisioned.
Support: wait 24 hours
48 hours later nothing.
What kind of business makes new customers wait until a sim is provisioned before they can access their account online? I've had all the excuses about security 2 factor etc but it's nonsense because they send me codes to reset my password but when I do and try to log in I get a 404 error or unexpected error.
After countless fruitless chats I still can't access my information and customer 'care' just says wait 24 hours to get rid of me imo
I'M SUBMITTING COMPLAINTS TO CEO, WATCHDOG AND OFCOM UNLESS THE FOLLOWING HAPPENS TOMORROW 20 MARCH 2024 AM UK time:
1. SIM PROVISIONED WITH CORRECT NUMBER
2. SWITCH FROM EE TO VODAFONE COMPLETE AS SUGGESTED AND REQUESTED BY SUPPORT PERSON
3. I CAN LOG IN TO THE VODAFONE ACCOUNT I CREATED.
If VODAFONE WANT MY CUSTOM I SUGGEST THEY DO ALL OF THE ABOVE OR FACE MY CONTINUOUS ANGER 👹⛈️.

I'm sorry to see there's been a delay activating your SIM and transferring your number over to us @TellTheTruthPLS. As your online account, SIM and temporary number are all connected, they will all become active at the same time. Apologies if there has been any confusion over this.
