Yesterday I received an email to say my number had been ported from O2 to Vodafone, ever since I’ve had ‘no SIM’ I’ve contacted support using Tobi 3 times and insert sim and turned off phone countless times, support are not particularly helpful.
since reading this forum it seems like I have a ‘split port’ but have no idea how to resolve, can anyone help? Kinda feel Vodafone should be resolving this, not me!

@LaurieC21 If the phone is showing no SIM, this means the SIM is not making a connection with the phone SIM reader, when you were able to receive a text to let you know porting was complete, it may not be a porting issue. The most important stop is to try the SIM in an alternative phone, this will rule out a porting issue.
