Hi I transferred from Three to Vodafone well VOXI really wish I did not now but they are owned by Vodafone and my number transferred over around 4 days ago my Three sim had stopped working as expected but my Vodafone one also did it was working fine with the temporary number I was giving saying vodafone UK 4g then it says no service the day the number was transferred so I restarted the phone re inserted the SIM tried it in 2 other iPhones and 1 other Samsung device but no luck, I contacted VOXI and they said everything is fine on their end and tried to blame it on my device they made me reset my network settings try to change my APN settings but everything on the phone was fine as I told them many times I’ve tried it in many phones! they said they had opened a case with the Port In port out team so I contacted them again yesterday asking when they’ll resolve it and the agent said there is no case on the account and tried to do the same steps again so I ended the chat. I have come on here to see if the actual Vodafone has better customer service and can actually help me as i can’t call anyone or text or use Data I even called three asking if I could switch back they said I’ll need a PAC which i obviously can’t get. I was with Vodafone for years before never had an issue with Vdf or 3.

I'm sorry to hear this experience as I understand the importance of making sure you have access to your number. As you mentioned all the settings in your phone have been checked, it sounds like we'll need to check if your number has fully ported across.
Please pop the Social Media team a message so that we can get this investigated. Our Vodafone and VOXI teams are available through the social platforms, any steps you take with the team will be visible for any social media agent to see and this means you will not have to repeat steps through this avenue 🙂

its been 6 days, i have been contacting voxi back and forth and still nowhere they keep opening and closing cases

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by cases @mahirkhan? Our social media team would call our porting team for you to get a definitive answer on whether your number has fully ported across to us. If for any reason the number has not, the team would continuously check for updates and keep you in the loop. Please make sure you pop this thread over on your thread with the Social team for reference.
