Moved my business number to Vodafone and now can’t receive otp messages, I’ve been dealing with voda tech help/ complaints for a couple of months now since the switch.
They’ve tried everything and now have landed on it being a split porting issue. They have contacted the other network provider and I’m awaiting a response. I message the once a week for an update, (a good month has past ) usually they say please bare with us until we get a message back from EE https://showbox.bio/ https://vidmate.cool/, the last tech help said ‘if I’m being completely honest with you the likely won’t get fixed looking at past results’
This is costing me business, I don’t get iMessages from customers, ive spent thousands advertising this number, I can’t change the number and that is what Vodafone are offering. Has anyone had success getting otp issues fixed?
I regret ever moving the number.

We have seen split porting issues in posts before and we advise to contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM > Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries. As they can also speak with the Porting In Department.
They are also part of the Customer Relations Team too.
imessage is completely owned and managed by Apple so Vodafone wouldn't have any access to that.

If you have been through the complaints process here: Vodafone Complaints @feniss and been assigned a case handler the problem you are going to have is the Social Team would be unable to intervene, but they would be able to chase up the progress of your complaint.
If you have been speaking to the Business Team two months is more than ample time to find the reason for you being unable to receive OTP text messages and this should have been solved within the first week of starting the contract.
As you have ported in your number and it sounds like you are using an iphone, make sure the correct number is showing on your settings, phone, My Number, you can also try removing and re adding your number, followed by synchronising to Finder.
