So after 3 days of torture my super wifj booster is not connecting. 5 hours on the phone. My calls dropped. Sent to the back of the queue repeatedly. No answers given and every time I ask why it doesn't eork my call gets dropped. And then they eonder why I'm angry. Do not waste your time on this "booster". I'm still trying to send mine back as I'm in the 14 day cooling off period. Can I get anyone to confirm anything? Can I hell! I've been with Vodafone for years at least 10 mainly because they were the only decent ish service provider. Well, after my contracts end I'm nor renewing the broad band telephone 2 mobile phones and the mobile broad band. Dreadful dreadful dreadful. Some of the staff are really helpful but nothing seems to work and some are just downright rude or uninterested in helping. After being number 70 in the queue being forced to talk to a bot or an unaccountable online agent I'm sick of this company. This past years has been a litany of incompetance
