Trade in address to send old phone

Hello,

I posted my old phone for the trad-in offer on Monday and got a DPD receipt. However I want to trace the parcel to ensure it arrived OK but I don't have the address it got sent to.

Has anyone got it please?

DPD have an app which may help track the parcel @el_rasho 

If not give 191 or Live Chat a contact and they'll help you.

Thanks but the app too asks for the post code too which I didn't note down. The envelope already had the address on it and its not written anywhere else in mt paperwork.

Ok so please do let Vodafone have the alloted tine and if they don't contact you then contact support on 191 , Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM @el_rasho
