Upfront payment

i applied for a phone contract and a upfron payment was taken out of £29.99, i recieved this email but the upfront payment was taken out and I have not recieved it back

What has probably happened is that the upfront fee has been gated off from your available account balance by your bank while awaiting for Vodafone to collect.

As Vodafone won't be collecting the funds you'll find the amount returns to your available bank balance in a few working days.

Your banks customer services can clarify for you.
