Upgrade

After failing to get through to anyone due to ques being so long I finally got through to someone at 9:30PM but by this time it was too late to get my upgrade sent to my address the following day, as I need this before I go away are you still able to collect from store or does all upgrades have to be delivered via DPD?

The phone will be delivered as set up through your upgrade @Cholski 

If you now need to change the way you get your phone you'll need to contact support again.

They'll advise what options are now open to you.

Vodafone use DPD or Royal Mail.
