Vodafone Advantage NHS

I just upgraded in store and the staff told me I'd need to reapply my Advantage NBS code. 

 

However after getting it, there's nowhere to apply it and the only info I can find says I'd need to do it online at checkout??

Unfortunately I have no idea where you would reapply your Advantage NBS code tbh, I am assuming there is no option to add it from within your Vodafone Online Account?

Looking at the Terms and Conditions https://www.vodafone.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/consumer/buying-with-vodafone/employee-offers/vodafo... it says in one of the Clauses " 4. You must purchase the plans online from Vodafone directly. Plans purchased through third parties such as Carphone Warehouse and Quidco or retail or phone channels will not qualify for the discount."

 

I'd suggest to go back to the store to get this clarified as you may end up having to get this resolved in-house to apply the Code which has to be applied now at the same time as the order raised.

Vodafone would then charge a one off £10 administration fee I believe.

You do have a 14 day cooling off period if necessary.

Hi @mickyfrank 

 

The code has to be applied before the point of sale and should have been done in store before upgrading the code cannot be applied after sale, this is something the store should have been more than aware of.

 

As this is the stores mistake, hopefully the Social Team will be able to help and manually apply the code, or you will need to go back to the store cancel the upgrade apply the code and upgrade.
