Vodafone Trade In? - Whats going on?!

I traded my phone in, received my DPD prepaid package and sent it back to Vodafone on Monday 26th September.

I can see that the package has been delivered and signed for by Vodafone on the 29th September.

Vodafone has not updated me to confirm they have received my phone and I am still getting texts telling me that they have not received it? I can literally see its been delivered and signed for by Vodafone on 29th September.

Can someone please tell me what's going on here and why I have still not received confirmation that the phone has been received?

Vodafone advise via their Trade In Faqs that they'll advise within 5 days of receipt of the phone @Cruelsco 

I would suggest to contact support via 191 , Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM > Contact Us.
