I have made a order for iphone 14 pro max 128 GB nearly 2 weeks ago now. Is there anyway of cancelling a order ? I was told it was only a 1-2 week wait at the time and I don’t really appreciate being lied to.

Stock moves quickly and stock information is constantly changing @Ansari_dul . This is a highly in demand phone, when you placed your order, the advisor would have been able to give information available at the time you placed your order.
According to the website here: i phone 14 pro max delivery is showing as 3-4 weeks, if you placed your order 2 weeks ago, it's very likely your order has moved up the queue and you should expect an email notification very soon.

If the order is not in a despatched status then Yes you can cancel through Customer Support on 191 or Live Chat.
Customer Support can also check if there's a current timeframe for the phone before you decide to cancel @Ansari_dul
