I have noticed a default on my credit file, which is unsettled from 2016/17. I was unaware that this was still ongoing and have no record of taking out that contract. I have tried to call customer services but without knowing the number I can’t seem to get through. I’m only met with an automatic “we can’t take you’re call at the moment” or the live chat states no one is available.
please may someone help with this issue or giving me a point of contact, as it is starting to cause issues.
