Vodafone showing on my credit report

I closed my account over a year ago after signing up to a 30 day contract. I actually closed the account within the 14 day cooling off period.  (approx 24/8/18)

The account is still showing as active on my credit report - can someone help please.

Hi @alictait  no one here can help, you need to contact Vodafone via their Facebook and Twitter pages.
