Web order not completed

I trued upgrading yesterday on the Vodafone app when my computer crashed. I got a Contract Summary by email with an order number. I have tried chatting online and calling to get this order processed but no one can help. 

The thing is I have an Advantage discount code for NHS and if I try and upgrade again it says the voucher has already been used. Is there anyway around this? Will the order expire so I can use the discount again?

I'm getting really frustrated as I've chatted 4 times this morning to various agents.

I'd suggest to wait until Monday as this is the next working day to see if the order is completed @rodent1976 

If not ring 191 or ask the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll be able to access the order / account.

I would imagine the only way to get this fixed is to cancel the order, it mentions here I want to cancel my order this can be done by starting a chat, but Vodafone may say it's not possible and you will need to make a return.

 

When you return within the first 14 days, your account will revert to pre upgrade status and you will be free to make a new order with a fresh Advantage code.
