Vodafone has placed Obar on my account for no reason and had issues trying to get it removed since Tuesday, sent a form to the backend team (4 times) still got nowhere, kept saying 24-48 hours and still, nothing is on... can anyone help me urgently?
This is a business account not personal!

If a var has been placed then they should have clarified as to why.
You could try the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries to see if they can help @liammcgroartyuk
Or contact your Business Account Handler.

Vodafone can't just restrict an account without a valid reason @liammcgroartyuk especially a business account.
As you have already tried the Customer Service channels the only way you are going to get this solved quickly is by following the complaints process here: Complaints There is a direct number you can call for business accounts on the link.
Hope you get it solved, being a business you can't afford to have a restricted service.
