Vodaphone MyMobile password

Trying to reset My Mobile password, but each time I get an email from Vodafone with a temporary password its not there.Tried several times but no success and cant speak to an advisor either

Name of Downloaded Billing PDF

Why is the downloaded Bill named as "MyVodafoneBill_2022-01-18.pdf" where the date is the Bill Due Date. Why not the Billing Date as that is the most logical Date anyone would expect.
