after endless calls and trouble shooting i still can't gget my daughters phone to work after porting her number to a new contract on my account! i wish i hadn't bothered and looks like they are going to loose 4 contracts i have with them as this is ridiculous! tried all the trouble shooting online but nothing, she is 14 and i need to be able to contact her and her me! any help gratefully excepted as i am about to take my 4 contracts else where!

I appreciate how frustrating this must be.
Sometimes porting can be affected by a Split Port which is where not all the files have settled properly which can cause issues.
Vodafone have a dedicated porting team that customer services can bring in to check the account.
