I was told I was due an upgrade last month (June 2021) but just went int o try update and it’s now saying November 2022? Can someone explain why it’s changed when it first said june 2021??

Something like this is going to require access to accounts which isn't available via this forum @Abp1309
So please speak with customer services and they'll access your account and explain what's going on.

The first place to check for your upgrade and contract end date will be your Application and online account, if this still gives an incorrect date, it will need account access.
Unless you made any changes when you first checked the first date should be the correct one.
