can somone tell me whats going on with my closed account, i closed my account with vodafone over a year ago and recieved my PAC code and moved to another provider but my credit file still shows that vodafone havent closed account and account is showing that payments are still being made to vodafone
no monies are owes as contract ended and filal bill was paid

If you've used the PAC and took the number with you, your line should not be active with Vodafone. Also a finall bill is generated only after the number is ported out of their network.
If you've used the PAC and paid the final bill after porting out, it may be Vodafone's error.

Hello,
im also experiencing the same problem. I closed my account over 2 years ago and just seen it’s still open. My number was also transferred and it says I owe nothing which is true. I’m so annoyed they have kept my account open. I have transcript proof with me talking to someone from Vodafone and them telling me my account is closed. So what they have done is that illegal! I will be ringing them tomorrow. They are an awful company and I left for a reason.

Hi,
I have the same problem, my number was ported to another provider 2 years ago but the account is still active on my credit file at an address I have moved away from.
how can I fix this?
