hi there just got my new phone oppo n2 flip i would like to use the esim but the phone is not on the list of oppo phones any ideas on this go to my local shop our ring 191 ??????🤔

It looks like the handset supports eSIM can you see it in the SIM settings? If so it should work with Vodafone eSIM.

yes is does have a e sim to set up will go to my local shop see if i can get it working  😎 and you can hardly see the crease in the center of phone better than my mates samsung z folding phone

Stores can’t issue eSIM anymore, it’s all online via My Vodafone. They will be able to guide you through the process. 

Moving from a physical SIM to an eSIM is quite restrictive especially if you switch handsets regularly.

Unless you have a secondary SIM which cannot be switched to an eSIM I recommend you stick with a physical SIM from Vodafone.

I'd suggest to ring 191 or use Live Chat and they'll advise if it's possible to switch to an eSim set up.
