I would think you'd have to contact the Vodafone Customer Service Team and or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

It's reasonable to want a working router @markharrop

I wish you all the best with this.

Is this a router problem or a connection one?   I've just been dealing with a similar situation with another provider and it turned out the be an issue with the wires that come into my house - excessive signal noise was causing the broadband connection to drop out.  Try plugging an ordinary telephone into the master socket and see if you get a clear dial tone.

they say they have tested my line for 72 hours 4 times and every time i get a text to say they have fixed it

nothing changes , its still the same about 6 weeks later

i am sick now , i have honestly lost the will with this .

been on the phone again today and told to ring the tech team with my reference

the reference once again didnt work and got back to the same department who cannot do anything

looking round the forum this seems to be the old type of router has issues that causes this and there is no answer other than the newer type of router or 3rd party router

I completely understand how irritating this must be getting @markharrop especially at a time like this where you need to stay connected.

Have you contacted us on social media recently? If so, please pass over the Facebook or Twitter handle you used and I'll make sure it gets picked up
