Hi! I would like to ask is it a must to visit the store for buying the sim-only plan if I want to switch the plan? As I have visited the store twice, I am still not able to purchase the sim only plan due to some reasons. Is it easier to buy the sim-only plan online and would it be easier? Thanks!

You can purchase a SIM only plan here: Vodafone SIM only  If you like Social Media there is also Voxi still Vodafone and you continue to use the same SIM card .Voxi 

If you want to save money take a look at third party SIM only contracts.
