I left my last Vodafone contract in January and then I had a new contract with a different company in February. Then I cancelled their contract because I didn’t get signal with them. So I came back to Vodafone with a new sim. I am now
1. unable to access my Vodafone account
2. unable to find out my mobile number
and
3. I’m getting charged for my old contract with Vodafone AS well as my new one.
I have tried calling customer service and they aren’t helpful. They tell me to talk to the bot who tells me to log into my account using my mobile number which I don’t know !!
Help!! How do I actually get through to someone and stop them charging me for two phone contracts
