Are you after the unlocking code for your device in relation to the Unlocking Board you've posted in ?

If so the information is in > https://www.vodafone.co.uk/vodafone-uk/forms/unlock-code-request/ 

This thread is inflation to a Dongle > Unlocking/Unable-to-unlock-K5160-USB-dongle.
