Im having a nightmare after weeks of trying to unlock my Samsung phone from Vodafone 

Nobody wants to help ive been given an 8 digit code that hasn't worked and looking here it says its 20 digits?? 

Please can anyone help 🙏

Ive been in touch with Vodafone over phone live chat and Facebook since December 2023 been told to go instore but its cheaper take a local shops to pay for the unlocking insane definitely a great thing its now illegal to lock to networks on new phones progress probably because of constant issues in the past obviously not something new at all.
