May I assume you want to unlock your mobile phone so it accepts any network sim card ?
If so then Vodafone UK have two criteria.
There will be 2 requirements to Unlock a phone via Vodafone UK .:
• The device was purchased from Vodafone
• The device is not currently blacklisted.
All other requirements will be removed.
Please use the Vodafone Nuc form found in unlock-code-request.
Some Samsung phone's also require a MCK also known as an unfreeze code.

The only other option is to pay for an unlocking code from a reputable online unlocking site or Highstreet Store that advertises they unlock phone's.
