You complete and submit the form here: Unlock Code Request  selecting Vodafone Data Services from the drop down menu.

Vodafone can't just send you the code.

Hi @MhiKhell 

It can take a few days and up to around 10 days although very occasionally for Vodafone to supply a Nuc.

Although that's if the device was supplied by a manufacturer that they haven't got the Nuc on file for.

If you speak with Live Chat  I have known them in the past generate the Nuc while online with a person but I must advise that's not the normal.

If your having problems filling out the Nuc form then again Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries can help you with this too.
