I applied for a NUC code on the 22nd of September and after three live chats and speaking to a supervisor I am no closer to getting my NUC code, please can someone help I have been on a new contract for 2 weeks and cannot use it. I am going away and need to unlock my phone. Why is Vodafone customer care so useless.

Im having exactly the same experience iphone unlock request sent on 22/09 and still locked.
live chat, twitter, messenger been on them all and nothing just 72 hour wait each time.
