I requested a NUC on the 18th September and despite assurances from one of your advisors on the 8th October that this had been expedited to the highest level i have still not received the relevant code. What is going on.

Did you get an automated response from Vodafone confirming your unlock request had been accepted @davy55
May I ask what model of phone your unlocking. I ask because iPhones don't unlock using a physical Nuc.

If this was my situation I'd follow up with the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as the Nuc Team's are not customer facing.
