I made a NUC code request on the 20th June and received an email reply from Vodaphone asking me to confirm my email address, which I did immediately. I had heard nothing by the 27th June, so had a web chat with a Vodaphone employee who gave me an email address for the NUC Resolution team. I emailed them on the 27th June and still haven't received my NUC code...
How can I contact the NUC Resolutions team by phone?
The Nuc are not customer facing @pgm0802 so there is no number for them.
Perhaps try the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as theyll be able to help.
