Hi
I am trying to unlock m,y old Samsung S8 handset which i had with Vodafone (pay monthly) as my new handset is getting repaired and my current sim is not vodafone. I have gone through the NUC application online and i'm getting an email to say the IMEI i have submitted is invalid/incorrect which i have checked multiple times an it is correct. Is there anyway to solve this as i rely on my mobile alot for work and the online chat/robot on vodafone is useless for this!
Thanks guys!

How long has it been since you've used your Vodafone sim card in the Samsung phone @SeamusH ?
If a while then you'll need to use the Vodafone sim for 30 days making calls etc to re latch the phone's imei to Vodafones systems or pick up a Vodafone Payg sim card, top it up and use that for 30 days making calls etc and then use the new Vodafone Payg account to request it's unlock..
Or use a reputable unlocking online site.

Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512gb.

yes, its over a year since i have used the handset.
the vodafone sim i have is a pay monthly but the account is closed and the nr has been transferred to a new network. Could you give me a 'reputable' online company to unlock it?
