NUC code not working on Sony Xperia 5

I can't unlock my phone... I've recieved my  NUC code and it says it unsucessful. I don't understand how I'm meant to unlock my phone?! it looks like its a common issue as the same message has been posted across several forums - vodafone help!!!

I'm sure the answer is yes to these questions but....

Are you using an alternative network sim card that is activated  ?

Are you currently in the UK  ?

There should be a code to enter into the phone before using the NUC. To get this raised with the NUC Team follow this link, this will put you in direct contact with the Social Media Team:  Contact Us
