I can't unlock my phone... I've recieved my NUC code and it says it unsucessful. I don't understand how I'm meant to unlock my phone?! it looks like its a common issue as the same message has been posted across several forums - vodafone help!!!
I'm sure the answer is yes to these questions but....
Are you using an alternative network sim card that is activated ?
Are you currently in the UK ?
