I have received an NUC code from Vodafone and on entering it into the handset I got the message that it was unsuccessful.
It appears for some Samsung phones I need a Master Key or code as well as a NUC. How do I get a master code?

Many thanks, I have raised the matter with them and am awaiting a master code from Samsung.

Hopefully the Mastercode along with the Nuc and an activated non Vodafone sim card will resolve this for you.
The only other option would have been a reputable online unlocking site which would come at a cost from the unlocking site.

Although it took nearly 10 days to get the Master code from Samsung, I have now resolved this issue, thanks for your advice.
