Samsung Master Unlock Code required

Hello Moderators

 

I'm trying to unlock my Samsung Galaxy S7. I have already requested and received a NUC. Reading other related posts (e.g. here), it seems that I also need a Samsung Master Unlock code in order to successfully unlock my S7.

 

Can a moderator please PM me to resolve?

I had a response yesterday and I am waiting for Master Code now.

On 11th of December I have been advised that i will get code within 10 working days and still nothing...

Keep pestering Vodafone mine took over a month to come through. Best way to contact is chat via the Vodafone app.  Always ask for a manager and escalation to NUC and that you need an MCK NOT a NUC code.  I am now free from Vodafone :Smiling:

I've been waiting for 3 months for Vodafone to unlock my phone - they advised for me to ring Samsung myself today and Samsung are saying there is no such thing as a Master Unlock Code and it is up to Vodafone to sort out - Vodafone are saying the problem is Samsung - who the hell do you believe - bought and paid for my handset, thought I would save monthky money by going sim only on a different providet - but I can't use my handset!!!! Frustrating does not even cut it!

Help @TJ or anyone. Ive been trying to get a MCK SamSung S8 since 28th Nov and either get no reply from Vodafone (disgraceful) or given the same NUC over and over again (hopeless). I am really at the end of my tether and need to deal with someone at Vodafone UK who understands I need a MCK. Help please?

I've messaged on Facebook but not holding out much hope... please help.

Good luck with that, it took Vodafone over 3 months and hours of my time to finally unlock my handset!!!
