Hi - trying to unlock a Sony Xperia with the code that I received today.
i have double checked the IMEI number and it is correct.
the issue seems to be with the unlock code provided by Vodafone.

May I assume the alternative network sim card is activated i.e connects to mobile data etc.
And your currently in the Uk ?
You could try a Google Search and search here on the forum if you haven't already to see if someone has posted a solution.
If the issue is the Nuc then you'll need to contact customer services on 191 or Live Chat.
Or try the Vodafone Social Media Team via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries
They'll contact the Nuc department on your behalf.
