You may need to ask customer service or the Vodafone Social Media Team via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries for the MCK Mastercode also known as an unfreeze code as well as the Nuc to unlock the Samsung phone @windywindy
This has come up quite a lot on the forum when it comes to unlocking a Samsung phone.
This question comes up a lot and still they continue to hand out the NUC code without the MCK Mastercode? Do Vodafone staff not communicate with staff in other departments? How difficult could it be to send an internal memo to the unlocking team (probably a small room with one or two staff members) and instruct them to provide a master unlock code when issuing NUC's to Samsung phones.
